Lol, call center will be at A, floor 1 (north and south) and floor 2 (north and south). Theres plenty of room to accommodate the westerville folks. And on-call center folks may also end up in C.

I'm excited to see the folks in sweatpants get upset they have to dress nicer now.

alot of stuff has been taken over the years and just written off as their management dismantled i guarantee you that - its like when you hear about loved ones die and their family fights over the estate and things stolen, etc. and all this moving property around into different pseudo names / aka fictious names shadow companies etc is just to allow them to shift through the loop holes better essentially at the end of the day grabbing up the most $$$ they can in the littlest time.
they knew this 10 yrs ago. what was going on.
i guarantee you now alot of things are missing and is misaccounted for right now.

To the person who said there is no enough room at Easton, you’re incorrect. There is more than enough room. However, I do believe the desk set up will not be the traditional Easton set up. My guess would be similar to the current call centers.

"Hope I’m wrong, but the only alternative I see is them lying about bringing all 600 associates over."

I don't think there are anywhere near 600 associates that work in office at Westerville anymore. I have worked from home for almost 2 years now but the last time I was in office for a day several months ago there didn't seem to be nearly as many associates in office as before. I would imagine that 600 head count includes w@h as well as in office.

Is there anyone that works in office at Westerville on here that can confirm an estimated in office headcount?

I would say desk sharing or making their desk consolidated diwn to the smallest like the one huge corporation did. Then that corp. All together pulled out and fired them all about 4 yrs adter their big move.
They wont even have cubicle walls just small partitions

And there will be more corporate waste when they move. Equipment stolen etc.
Probably took one of the refrigerators and put it on fb mrktplace who knows.
Everyone steels and things misaccounted for on a grand scale when companies like that move.

Or only did you have no influence, you are so negative and poisonous against you employer you should do us a favor and tell your boss you want to volunteer for the next lay-off so you can get on with your life.

Its confirmed they didnt fulfill on the promise to the city.
So i think keep in mind ( im the one predicted 1.7.20 .. i ), well i think by moving them they are fulfilling their obligation but will further continue to layoff each yr. They will loose about 25% of their workforce by the move alone for various reasons..either folks.dont like location or its inconvenient, etc.
I feel had i not mentioned 1.7.2020 in prior.posts they would of abruptly fired them like they did in October...but. by the move about

  1. 20% will leave automatically
  2. 10% fired for various reasons
  3. 20% will just refuse to move there or find other employment

When ADS signed the lease for the new Easton campus they made a deal with the city of Columbus to get tax credits. As part of the deal they have to keep so many jobs at Easton and promised to create so many jobs at Easton. I wonder if these count to the adding jobs numbers

One thing worth noting is that there’s no way you can reasonably accommodate 300 people per floor at Easton under their current setup, which indicates Westerville associates should expect a desk sharing scenario where employees either share an assigned desk during opposite shifts or take unassigned desks in a “first come, first served” manner each shift

Hope I’m wrong, but the only alternative I see is them lying about bringing all 600 associates over.

Now watch in the next 5 yrs more will gradually lose their jobs..because now they have the folks better contained
If youre there just stay snd keep looking. Dont make a career out of it.
When they move abt 50 will lose their jobs
About 15 will leave on their own for various reasons
Then 2 yrs from now the workforce reduced by another 20%
