There are raises coming, pool is slighly higher than 2% across the board. Bonus is to be voted on in Feb, mgt is silent on the amount, or tend to plan other than we "are below.'
I wish the way RSU worked was I could sell the stocks but get the money only when it vests :P
I would sell all the remaining RSU's in a heartbeat. Oh well.
I left December 17, but if they are offering perks based on double digit declining revenue YOY then I don’t have much to add. Call it perhaps proactive employee retention or more likely board stupidity. I am still a shareholder and this BOD just appearS lost.

Clearly overpaying ELT members is something TD is fantastic at. Now launching products and selling stuff, not so much
I encourage everyone to ask their leaders about this. My manager and skip are not even mentioning about reviews or starting the conversation or asking us to get feedback from peers. All signs point to this being true

How are the rank and file even remotely to blame for the current state of affairs. HR touts the bonus as part of the employee's total compensation package and as such negotiate down base salaries. The board and the LT put a green CEO in place that sh-t the bed on all fronts. The board removed said CEO 9 months later causing churn and uncertainty in the stock price. Rank and file have done their jobs, and most of them very well. How is it they have to pay for this mess?
