The bankcard calls I take are being outsourced to Manila. feels like Im training my replacement, just like those in October layoffs. Guess Im not going to be A much longer. Hopefully they will give us a severance. Not counting on it.

Besides offshore they have 3rd party vendors they have been using for years that took backup calls.
The 3rd party vendors they pay 1/3 of what you make..so they have the 3rd party vendors then the offshore workers. Their plan envisioned over 10 yrs ago is coming true.
This was what they wanted. As for severance
You will get unemployment at best and your 401k.$. And maybe 2 weeks pay. Really lousy company. I know some can't do this but I would.just save up 2 mos. Of pay and just leave. It's truly not worth it. They dont deserve your time..
