Haven't seen anything as of yet for the supposed date of 1/7. I don't know how these things work but all signs are pointing to that being a hoax. Are these just sprung on people or what? If you don't have the correct info or sources why cause people to panic?

Easton got invites and if they were home got called into the office after lunch. Whether or not this rumor is true, the changes at ADS have been staggering and I don’t feel like it is long for viability. The place feels weak and prime for a buyout.
While some had no idea anything was going to happen, others, mainly Client Partnerships, were given a heads up that something was going to happen on the first round of layoffs, they were advised to be in office if at all possible that day instead of working from home and all client visits were cancelled. Myself and others were tipped off that there would be more layoffs about 2 weeks before the second layoffs. No one wants to state their sources as they don't want to see their friends lose their jobs.
How hard is it to post where someone got their info from? What their sources are? Answer: It's not hard at all. If people take the time to post "facts" then they have the time to post the supporting info....if there's no supporting info then that post, in my opinion, is a waste of time. Im sure there are many trolls posting nonsense on this site.
Yeah it seems like a hoax. I will say at my site when it happened, they were all just called into a conference room and when everyone on the list arrived, they were told they are out and were handed their papers. Someone went around and gathered up their purses and such, then they were escorted to their cars. I think it was around midday, but, yep pretty much just sprung on them, like a jumping spider.
