I left!!!!! Left on my own terms.
Saved up 2 mos pay, it was hard but I got out the moment I seen them walking out supervisors
And to top it off for the service; they then started a smear campaign against them saying.. oh they were the bottom ranking, etc..
So I'm freeeee!!! I'd rather be homeless than take one more day of their nonsense..
Biggest mistake I ever made was taking an offer there. But its 2020... I got out right before 2020.
Wishing everyone a good year and there is better out there!! Dont ever let a company treat you like you are worth only a paycheck.
This is what you can do to help.a coworker
- Address it as a firing not a layoff.
- Dont allow others to tarnish the fired aka layed off employees as being slouches as the reason for their layoff/
- See if within your location employees can focus on helping those fired/layed off because of the downsizing.
- Report everything everytime there is something questionable
Nope. Being anxious or stressed isn't going to change whatever may or may not happen. Plus, it would be stupid to get anxious over what's being posted on this site. Seeing dates with no supporting evidence being posted is enough to make me laugh. You all can react however you want....I chose to stay calm and rational. Oh, before someone says anything, NO I'm not "leadership."
Every day. And it's getting worse. Tension is definitely increasing, daily.
I’m anxious and have decided that I’m now working solely to help my coworkers. If I can help a coworker with something it’s going to the top of my list. I’m no longer “big picture company” focused. I’m focused on making it easier for coworkers at this point.
I have updated my resume and started looking in the event my position is "reduced".
I love my job and team but who knows what positions Charles in Charge will decide to eliminate next
