Some managers and tech directors monitor this site! This includes admin building. Be careful of what you say or let it rip!!!

All arse kissers(mid management) are busy today doing Color run to kiss Upper Management's arse (AKA CEO and all the CEO's clonies). So today we will not be monitoring this site.
So you're saying that managers actually know how to read? I don't believe it.
I was layed off from the technology group after 14 yrs.Was nothing but a blessing and to do it better the 3rd party contractors that we used were still calling me up to 6 months later because management could not understand how I took care of our product line and had NO knowledge of what was going on in the group.(THERE IS YOUR SIGN) So let them read this pointless mo–ns to busy having meetings about meetings and not developing new products that would even work in a water well.
They're probably trying to see if they are next to get laid off just like the rest of us!

@12RI6yc6-xri you make too much sense for the new Halliburton. They could learn a lot from you.
I think a lot of the agitating on this site is from competitors trolling instead of current Halliburton employees.....Just Saying....
Management should read this site and people should be free to write what they feel. This is a great opportunity for management to make improvements with the company. Every company wants their employees to be happy in the job they are doing, that's the only way productivity will go up. More appreciation by managers and executives would be welcomed. A simple "Thank You" can raise moral of the employee and the group. Sure, it would be nice to see a pay increase or a paid lunch, but there is nothing like "Thank You for all the hard work and effort you have put in for this company. Your work is really appreciated." Also, managers should never micro-manage and pick on every mistake. This is the worst thing a manager can do to bring morale down. Instead, managers and employees should work together to correct the mistake. Working together with colleagues in a buddy system works pretty well. And the manager should never show authority but as one of the team players within the group. Work together in a flat org or group, appreciate the people who work with you and you will see a major difference within the team. Happy New Year! Also, no one should be afraid to speak out. That's the only way to improve the company.
Future is what got us in this mess
you are right. I am going to focus on job. the future will take care of itself. The future has taken care of many people lately in the form of lays offs and plant closings. People have lost their jobs and these are people who were focusing on their job as you said it.
Who freakin cares? A) they have blocked this site if you are using a halliburton computer. B) it’s a free country C) they need to know how p-ss-d everyone is
I work in the sperry software group. I hate this group and I hate my boss. Worst mistake I have ever made. I am about to rectify this mistake. Go ahead fire me if you can.
This forum lacks the facts of running an enterprise and does nothing more inject fear into existing staff. Please focus on your job and the future will take care of itself.
