Two things to consider....First, Boeing is required by law to notify the state of any pending RIF via WARN, https://esd.wa.gov/about-employees/WARN
Secondly, if you are being transferred to a location that doesn't suit your needs due to commute, work hours, etc, you have the option to take a VLO. Everything being posted about "Big news coming!" is BS propaganda coming from uneducated fools that have zero knowledge of past layoffs or the steps required to implement such layoffs. If you're so inclined as to believe any of the negative c-ap posted on this site without first conducting research through credible outlets, then I guess there is no hope for you!
