A lot of grainger location down to 2 people on a daily basis. Very difficult with no back up when needed.
Some branches should close to allow more growth for the bigger city branches.
Positions used to be fun and very busy all day. Now we have to search for something to do every day....even with just 2 people.
Agreed, @1253xuum-Hblx. This has become ridiculous. I really hope some changes are made soon because I don't see a point in this.
