In 2018 my company outsourced our whole IT dept to IBM. They kept twenty-five of us on to train our replacements. Since then I have found a much better job. The IT market is good right now. Keep your heads up. I know this is a kick in the pants but things will turn out for the best and the truly best part is when you hear from your former co-workers about how the company is regretting their decision because it is costing them more than they thought it would and the offshore employees aren't very good at their jobs.
