  1. Taking a $30 stock and flushing it down to a sub $2 equity. What a clown!!
  2. The House that Way Built - now only filled with 350 people! Lmao!
  3. Promoting inept, incompetent doobs for key roles. (i.e., HSE VP in 2016)
  4. Parking backwards in angled parking spaces
  5. Invention of the “Head Heart and Quit” program. (Shaking my head in this one).

What about that time Way went for an upper decker at the leaders retreat? Wow, really put a damper on what I thought would be a career maturing experience, only to find out it was as childish behavior as I’ve ever seen in my 28 years in this business!

Good top ten list. My only comment is you graded Ways band of flunky’s too high. They should be given “F’s”. For failure. Also agree that the he promoted some inept incompetents into key positions. HSE prime example. That program never amounted to much.

5 ~ Onboarding his entire executive flunky team, with JB, CC and the like. These doobs have continued their D minus performances

4~ Removal of the SWN formula and topiary, like that would suddenly turn things around! Haha!

3~ “Entrepreneur award”. What a slap in the face joke this was. We all know it!

2~ Way known more for his toilet antics than his actual CEO prowess! Wait, what CEO prowess?

And now for the one you’ve all waited for.... drum roll please.... the number one Way fail of the last decade...

“ This won’t happen again under my watch”, - Jan 2016... followed up with more layoffs the very next year. He wasn’t able to get the ship turned around even though he had many many chances. This will be his legacy.
