Thread regarding Sears layoffs

A&E Factory Services

Some techs have just shut down selling clean and maintain to insurances. The constant B.S managers send them through during this unknown time has come to a crossroads i believe.
Bad Managers and Management has torn this company into shreds without any reprisals or reprimands. The branch managers hides harassment’s to racism from corporate, techs are pushed to the brink and just fed up.
Close it down or sell it, but let management dissolve.

The insurance cards for the work vehicles will expire in March, 2020.
First time I’ve ever seen anything like this, the end is near but our crazy a– manager is still pushing sells.

Finally service managers and regional managers will be hourly and will have to go out on road and help techs pull microwaves off wall and help take double stacks down for the techs.

Is there a service center still open in Bannockburn Il? The property must be worth a fortune. It Was a dumb location for a service location, not too many blue collar workers in the area.

A&E will be gone soon enough. (And I know who that manager is in Elk Grove Village IL.) Same thing happens at SHS at HE. Dirty tricks. Shift changes. Write-ups. Favoritism with any promotions. That's all it is. If you don't fit into their pathetic 'click', you won't go anywhere. And the people in this 'click' would be NOTHING if they didn't work for Sears. They stay because they think they have some 'power' over others. When this entire sh–show ends, they'll be nothing once again. Everyday I hope will be the last, just to screw these f—ers out of a job. They will start over again, and be nothing once again.

I'm thinking by the end of next week. Or sooner. It just can't go on. This company is a total soul crusher. Thanks Eddie, you pathetic rat f—er.

Dirty tricks to look for when you are targeted. Extreme driving and fewer calls.this takes a toll on your numbers.changing up what you work on.if your good at what you do they will ask you nicely to switch to something else and if you don't like it too bad they won't let you switch back.Heres a good one if your doing good and the manager has it in for you .they do an inventory on your truck and leave you with almost no parts.your numbers tank.Have fun guys I'm glad I'm out.

It’s been a long standard in Elk Grove Village branch to be anti tech and pro management.
I’ve left there sometime ago, there’s one particular manager there that keeps up entirely too much sh#t with certain employees along with bragging about firing one at every meeting we had. The main formulation they have in common is being black. Surprised if he’s still there.
Whatever comes your way as a tech please remember you all have skills to move on.
