Thread regarding Alliance Data Systems Corp. layoffs

Compliance

There are regulatory agencies you can report them to if they are approving apps for under 18. If you're so smart, figure it out.

Predatory lending! Their revenue is based off of late fees.
So who can give them late fees? The poor, the underprivileged, the minorities and immigrants.
Nasty foul sham of a place

It should be bills not Bill's. Bill's implies Bill is

So they are hoping folks are late
That pays their Bill's.
Will they make it hard to pay your bill?

Surely dont need any skills to work at a criminal outfit. The more you can't spell, the better.
The less you know is best.
Btw they have no allegiance to ohio
Publicis is now in france. And epsilon in texas

Sounds like you'd be an excellant candidate! In the context of one of your sentences, the correct term would be THEIR, not THERE.

And this is why we are offering you the CEO position, to fix all these problems. We need someone who will overlook there own grammar flaws and point out others.

Additionally, inorder to make sure the poor are no longer taken advantage of, ADS will be cancelling all late feels and will pay customers interest.

Will you be moving to Columbus to be CEO or are you staying in your parents basement where it is safe for you.

You clearly dont know how to spell elementary words such as millennials
So you can start by learning how to spell first.
Obviously the previous generations didn't get it right, thus the demis of ADS AND ILL MANAGEMENT.
Sorry but healthcare has been a benefit provided by employers for over 100 yrs. People work more than just a paycheck.
Your stupid company hired them.

Great News, I just heard effective January 1, this 25 year old millennial who has been posting on here will be named acting CEO. He is a drop out from a liberal arts college where he studied the flute for 3 semesters. He is clearly the smartest person in the company and probably the world. Under his new leadership, we will all make 100k a year and only have to go to work if we feel like it. Also, there will be no more performance reviews for associates, instead associates will be able to talk about feelings in a safe space. The one last change being made is all board members and executive officers who are baby boomers and Gen X will be laid off aka fired and replaced with Mellenials who clearly know everything.

Companies like alliance break the law hundreds of times a day.
They even will risk a lawsuit to make money.
Notice epsilon aka alliance sold peoples private iij info and they had to speak before Congress about compromising people's accounts. Well earlier m.m. had data breach at equifax..
Like those companies made their $# already there they say oh it was system glitch.. they pay the fines and that's it. They've already made their money

Not m.m. fault she's basking probably in Costa Rica having a grand old time with employees bonus checks. they did these maneuvers for legal reasons.
Meanwhile whomever keeps marking down comments that deals with benefits is brainwashed to where they said all folk should expect from a company is a check.
So with that mentality; that's they type of folks they wanted to hire. Ones they could take advantage of and are too inept to understand yes you should receive benefits including If your company made 4 billion cash.

Mm.could careless she took some of that 4 billion proceeds from the sale of epsilon
They had this all lined up.
Like she says she went from putting c-gare–e butts out emptying ash trays to all of a sudden prior CEO. They had it all planned. Then have her exit with employees money.
Yes employee contributions are what made

Then there are millions of accounts where they have truncated late fees aka late fee for the late fee!
Millenials are hip to this garbage dishonest practice finally we are breaking the generational curse of making fat men rich
And ur a constant watcher on this site.

I realize that I’m completely wasting my time here, but to this constant poster, ADS does not “sell” late fees. Literally EVERY credit card company in the U.S. exists/survives due to finance charges and late fees. THAT IS THE BUSINESS MODEL (especially without charging an annual fee). It’s not shady by any means - it’s very clear in the credit terms of agreement when people apply (on their own free will). Do cardholder fees s—k? Absolutely. It’s not an ADS-specific problem though. You’re mad at all banks then.

Also, you’re clearly confusing approving people under 18 with authorized users under 18. Go Google what an “authorized user” is.

You’re gaining nothing by flooding this website with nonsense. Do us (and yourself) a big favor and please stop!

To mr. I love alliance..you do know alliance has also settled on many class action lawsuits.
They are also in cahoots with the government
The customers can come forward
There are possibly millions where they were approved under 18 yrs old.
They are willing to take the chance of violating regulations because they will just pay fines, etc.
But. By then, they have made their ROI already
Shady shady company

You do know ADS gets audited by several agencies every year and passes ? If there is all this corruption why haven't the government and independent auditors found anything?

No, call the regulators. The supes and leads aren't real bright and will try to intimidate you. Don't even tell them. Google it. It's all there. Bank regulatory agencies. : )

Oh yeah everyone there knows about it.
They tell management and management tells them to ;trust; the system.
Many fictious accounts and the company did it.
They sell 'late fees', to poor people
