Thread regarding McDermott International Inc. layoffs

Say NO to any more private placement share issues. We've been diluted enough already.

Need to better manage the resources we have. Can also borrow a few more tranches if necessary and stop the gifting of directors under the guise of "retention bonuses."

If directors and board members want to leave, nobody outside our sphere will hire them anyway. Who would be standing in line to hire these guys ? Especially when they have run the company into the ground. The past couple years we have endured huge reputational damage caused by these turkeys.

Answer ? Nobody.

Need to get our self respect back. Then and only then is survival and success possible.

As a director, I resent not being able to set my own remuneration standards. Sometimes bonuses are required to make me feel secure and my contributions valued. If not, I might as well just vote to allow the company to twist in the wind.
