Key use to be a great company to work for. The CEO and the Eastern region VP are both mo–ns. Chad has destroyed everything that he has touched and Rob doesnt have a clue what is going on. There definitely needs to be a cleansing at the top and changes made. Key will be lucky to stay in business if something doesn't happen soon. The board really needs to wake up or there will be nothing left. Some yards needed closed but this closing of all the yards was done more as a cover their tracks for the lack of leadership.
