They are just rearranging the deck chairs as the Titanic sinks. That place is a joke, and I can’t wait for it to finally finish sinking. Someone let me know when the band starts playing “Nearer My God to Thee”

I have new info to share!! The company is in complete panic mode! After the information regarding the Infosys takeover spread like wildfire within the organization, they have decided to take extra measure to enforce their social media policy! Upper management and executives are aware that information is being leaked online!! Internal employees were recently sent a social media policy document!! Stay on the lookout!

And of course, management is in a panic. Instead of taking responsibility for their own failings, they blame everyone else and distribute the misery to those who actually work.

Thanks @12L . I think my sarcasm was missed or else people really don't like hearing it like it is which explains the down votes. The fact that CDK is in constant cost cutting when other companies are thriving speaks volumes about how mismanaged the company has been since the corporate raiders had their way with it. The accelerating offshoring is true sign of desperation from a company already too wobbly on its legs. Soon I'll "do the needful" and leave.

@lqk you didn't add a /sarc tag, but loved the two-fer you managed to get in to just a few words, intentional or not:

  • "lean times" for CDK in what is maybe the best biz env in the US in decades, maybe ever
  • "do the needful" is a phrase I heard increasingly as more outsourcing and offshoring happened at CDK as things rapidly declined in the time before I pulled the rip cord and left.

Thanks for a smile and a laugh.

CDK management - in the spirit of American management that made GE what it isn't today, and making Boeing worse with every passing day.

So glad I'm gone from CDK but I do miss some of the very good people who were there. and a few who still are.
