Temp CEO gets $2 million “bonus”. CFO gets extra stock...

Hard to understand how the board, which was asleep on the job when Ed and Charles Horn were making poor decision after poor decision, can then promote Horn to temp CEO, let him gut talent and benefits, while the Retail EC doesn’t see a single member lose their job, and then say he deserves a $2 million bonus. How are major institutional investors letting this happen? Where are the lawsuits? Got laid off, not saying which wave, nd feel bad for the good leaders that are left. It’s a shame, company makes bank, is just mismanaged from board through most of the senior “EC” leaders

Yeah, I've never understood that balloon c-ap. And helium is used in cancer treatments. Such a waste to hand them out to adults, even when helium is in short supply. Guess it's just more proof that we work(ed) for a circus.

On December 17, 2019, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a one-time cash bonus for Acting Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman, Charles L. Horn, of $2,000,000, which will be paid in two installments of $1,846,153.85 in December 2019 and $153,846.15 in February 2020. As reported on February 20, 2019, no long-term equity incentive compensation awards were granted to Mr. Horn in 2019 due to his pending retirement announced July 26, 2018. Since that time, Mr. Horn transitioned from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Company in June 2019 to oversee various Board-led initiatives and in August 2019 to oversee the LoyaltyOne business, and in November 2019 to his current position as acting Chief Executive Officer of the Company during the interim period pending Ralph Andretta’s appointment in February 2020.

They could of gave $50 gift cert to folk for the holidays. Today they passed out balloons
Smh.. 1 balloon for doing something good
But it was really to snoop on folks and micro manage because they are walking a tigh rope with their jobs in limbo everyday.
They even told us to bring in donations to decorate the tree. No Human RESOURCES WE ARE TRASH TO THEM. SO IF SOMEONE hurts me physically
