On Inview, the Ethics Hotline phone number is listed as 800 100 1071. It was interesting, though, as it said it was for Bangladesh, still looking for US. But maybe it's the same for all sites.
The title 'Business Partner' has been assigned to the HR folks for like 3 years. This isn't because of the layoffs. That's what they are/were called. Since they started the People Center process, it's a little more automated. It goes to a mass group and gets assigned to someone to work it. They are all probably out on PTO since it's the last part of the year and you know the saying, if you don't use it, you lose it.
Call the ethics hotline. They are independent of ADS. I don't know the phone number right off hand, but it's on Inview.
I have been told for a month someone will get back with me. They say they are referring it to the "h/r business partner",
Soooooo that means they are so about to close and there is zero direction at that place that they dont even have human resources in house
They are "contract", if that's not a sign they are sinking not sure what other proof you need.
