I’m guessing the beginning of January. 4th quarter and year end revenue looking awful. They have to offer some kind of solution or advise of what action they are taking on the investor call in January. Unfortunately, it’s not looking good.

Most field camp locations won't see anything until mid February and into March. Then it will be ugly with more "Transformation", i.e. workers getting the axe while management wonders why revenue doesn't increase. There will be a lot of administrative consolidation too with many support functions going to a regional model. The camps that remain will no longer have local admin.

probably waiting for the new year so they can utilize the new accrued vacation rule to minimize the amount they’re paying people they lay-off
