SHC is suing TransformCo for lots of money and SHC is suing TransformCo for lots of money. Unless Eddie is admitting that it's all a sham and he's been funneling money all along in breach of his fiduciary duties, isn't that right SEC and Department of Justice?

@2joc sadly, you’re correct. Eddie has friends in high places and can pay his way out of his mess. It would be great to see him probed but it likely won’t happen. Shame that someone so corrupt can go scott free
The feds need to investigate Eddie. Too many lawsuits against him involving owed money to various business entities. Don't be shocked if a probe is launched on his business transactions.
The IRS needs to be involved as well, ASAP.
Also LOL at how the jobs website still says Sears Holdings and they've scrubbed all mention of executive management at the Transform website. What does it say to everyone when you're afraid to even admit who your catastrophe of incompetence and repeated consistent non-stop failure that you call your executive management are?
