Any Managers / Directors let go? Why would they need them if they got rid of you guys.

May I ask a question? Was your lay-off effective immediately, or were you given a future date, as your layoff day?
So sorry to hear! Hopefully staff will be vocal about how they were treated by Optum on job interviews so that their reputation as a company is painted accurately...
