The Rio Rancho call center building was owned by the company. The reason management told the employees that it was sold was because leasing the building is more cost effective for the company rather than owning it. The employees were told the cost savings would go into building repairs and improvements. I would think a multi-billion dollar company would be able to afford repairs and not have to sell the building. After all that happened in the past couple months it's hard not to wonder about the future of the Rio Rancho location.

Leading removing liability and is much cheaper. ADS isnt a property management company after all. ADS doesnt own any real estate.
Well, I think all of the sites will be gone soon. The writing is on the wall, no pun intended (at our site, we have all fresh new paint and various decals of quotes and such on the walls). Don't believe a word they tell you, we will all be gone soon. They all stand around telling us how "everything" is ok, while they serve you a big glass of koolaid. They are a bunch of liars. Do not believe ONE SINGLE WORD.
