This company has changed so much it's scary. Everybody is pushing everybody else out - on all levels! Is it even possible to stay here and actually make some upward movement? Or just stay here, for that matter. The way layoffs have been happening, anybody who's been here for longer than ten years is in danger.
Seriously, what happened to this place?
There is really no future for any US-based associates at ADS. Everyone there should be aggressively seeking new employment. Senior leadership isn't even pretending to care about defections.
Maybe if the company that buys them out decides to keep people on you could have a long term career. This place will not exist in 2-3 years
Easton will become the HQ of a shell company that has 99% of it’s operations out of India. They’ll keep the Csuite and a few pretty client sales women to bring in during the sales process but that’s about it.
You may have a long term career with this failed company if you move to the Philippines, Mexico, Jamaica or wherever they pick for their next site. But not here. No one will be left here. Oh, check on inview. Not too long ago I saw that we even have some sort of site, or something, in China. Oh, how could I have forgotten India, LOL.
