Of course no associates in Customer Care have been cut, it's Peak Season. Let's see how this works out after Peak Season when management starts using Nexidia which is a program designed to go after specific types of people. Then you'll get your cuts and your Care Center will be looking more like how management prefers.

Its the easiest job I have ever had. No reason to leave until they shove me out the door. Look at how you attack someone giving facts. I am worried about the layoffs just like many others and I am just letting people know that phone reps have not been laid off.
That doesn't mean it wont happen because it still might.
I do have something else to fall back on, which makes me feel more comfortable sticking it out.
We dont care about that low class place.
