TAT a TAT photos on LinkedIn page two weeks ago serving food For people in need. How bizarre, why do they have teams of people looking for talent just after they fired a whole bunch of talented people???

2016 was the rotten rock bottom of Williams. The best of the best descarded to cover up a culmination of poor business decisions by upper management. Vindictive mid and lower management (most who don’t know right from left) were allowed to tabulate their hit “list”. A terribly juvenile mistake by a corrupt set of “worthless “ Williams words on paper - that they like to portray yet to this day as the “Williams” company’s shining “Core Value’s”. It is what is folks... pathetic.

Yup been hearing this forever, the reason why we cannot do a great job by management is we don’t have any talent. How about building something and utilizing your existing talent, maybe that is a better idea?

You cannot make this stuff up. This says to find talent you should be hiring older people part time to serve as mentors for younger staff. This has been going on for ages there is nothing new about it. How many fired older people where asked to come back and work at Williams, betcha it was slim to none.

Yes very strange to have a whole team of people looking for talent when just eliminated a ton of talent in 2016 and 2019. I am being nice about it.

Yes the general population of white males is 31% in this country yet if you where to believe the Williams photos on LinkedIn you would think it was about 5% or less 👌 A not to subtle way of reverse discrimination, unfortunately not much one can do about it. Good night and Merry Christmas!

Yup did a google on tat, it’s crazy apparently this is different from recuriters. Seems like another to waste shareholders money and justify getting rid of white males over 55.
