The company signed their name to agreements. In some cases, those agreements are binded by arbitration. The company violates those union agreements every day, but yet they fully expect the labor to uphold their side. Every claim that i have filed over the last 3 years has been denied. It’s coming to a head this week. Watch for news outta Kansas City. It’s going to get ugly for the company, I’ll do my part if others will do the same. You guys probably won’t though because you don’t have any balls. The unions don’t have any guts to stand up to the company anymore, it’s on the members to take it into our own hands. Hit them where it hurts them most, right in there pocket books. Stop running your asses off to try and save your job, we did that for a year and they still closed Neff yard.

First off, I’m not a union fan, but am a member. The only and I mean only thing I have ever continued to pay for out of my own pocket that doesn’t work is union dues!!!!
Whenever a hire date determines who gets what position you will NEVER EVER run a successful business. Just take a look around your location. 1 out of 10 that still have a job know there position and are willing to work. Talk about motivation!!!!
I would gladly work for the contractor that replaces the craft I work in currently even for less money to not be part of this weak corruption called a UNION!!!
We have more and more employee surveys that are optional to fill out each year. It’s time for a mandatory union survey to go around to vote out this broken, make believe brotherhood bulls—t !!!!!!
UNIONS = CLOSED SIGNS AT THE GATE!!!!!
Company $uckA$$€$ and wannabe managers that won’t rock the boat, are how we arrived where we are now. We worked with them, looked the other way, did ,or did not do, everything they desired, in return they destroyed us,
The problem we TE&Y employees have is two-fold. One is the obvious issue that the unions have no teeth. Striking is prohibited and some locals have Vice Local Chairmen who are letting the Carrier and CMS get away with blatant violations and aren't stepping in. The other issue is your "Company Men" co-workers that throw other people under the bus in some shallow attempt to impress the management team. Unfortunately until this PSR nonsense goes away the hits are going to keep coming either in the form of furloughs and yard closures. Do your job if you feel confident enough that you'll still have one with the Company, and if you don't have the confidence start looking elsewhere. This place is not worth your physical or mental health.
To outa tree aint bad.
