I never understood why management would not be honest about the ominous situation at AS. Everyone was aware that the company was broken, but there was never the leadership driven urgency of fixing things now or never. It is as if management feared that if they were honest with employees strong team members would leave. Ironically the strong team members have left because of this lack of honesty. I remember the sense of relief that I had when I moved on. I wish the best for all employees and the company.

- R. is telegraphing changes to be announced at the sales kickoff. Other members of the the LT have made passing mentions about changes planned for next year. So I ask are there any changes coming, other than layoffs???? Any thing to look forward to?
