Many many people have lost their jobs over the past several years at GE while leaders (if you can call them that) have taken $Millions home to their families. If GE cut your job, take it as a favor. You know how miserable GE is. It is really much better anywhere other than GE. Enjoy your Christmas and forget the evil empire that is rapidly collapsing.

I once ran the company! The guy before me did such a bad job they fired me too. Left with a huge bonus!
Amazing! I was there.... left on my own.... it’s completely ran by buddies...... incompetent buds-men... sad to see it in the condition it’s in..... I’m afraid it will only get worse..
Nice one. In Jan 2018, I was also given an Sales award of the year at Crotonville ceremony on a Wed. and then Rif’d on that Friday! I guess they started the lay-off list with the best sales people in order to reduce variable comp spending! Good strategy!! I didn’t bother to repost for roles with other GE, took the package and had a better paying job within a few weeks. Thanks GE for setting me free! And thanks for the pension payout too, I’ll beat your payout with 15 years of market investments!
GE is the best company to work for! Hey just look around 273 it called back all the members on layoffs. Now GE is hiring off the streets because more than half said nope not coming back. The smart ones said not coming back they must of herd about the BS union contract we got. Our union takes care of us along with our stellar company we work for. Happy Holidays
Got RIF'd back during the summer after winning the GE Sales Excellence award for 2018. also.. did you say leaders? LOL... thats very funny. But did see you qualified it in parenthesis. Got a much better gig now though. and Yes.. I do consider it a favor they laid me off. Good luck to all the others that got rif'd today. This is the 4th RIF in 18 months on the Healthcare side. They have no idea how to manage or run a company
