Let me get this straight- sr. Leadership presented these floating holidays and bonding leave changes to us after the first round of layoffs. The layoffs that were caused by our company’s poor financial performance. Did no one at that point think “hey, this is a bad idea for us financially so let’s not implement this idea?” Not only are we now all disappointed but we also have 0 faith that anyone at the financial helm of this company has any knowledge of how a company’s finances work. THANKS TO OUR CRACKER JACK LEADERSHIP TEAM!

It’s true. They’ve rescinded everything. Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, 2 floating holidays and extra week paternity leave snatched back before some of them never even happened. Power play by board. Wouldn’t want us thinking we were even somewhat appreciated.
I bet they are not around next year at Black Friday!
