With all the talk of possible reopening some lines in Coatesville and Conshohocken, do we have any idea what criteria will be used when deciding who to hire back (since we already know that only about a third of previously laid off people will be invited back?)

I heard only about 20 what did you here you only need 20 guys to roll such a small amount of steel. Kinda slow
