December 20th court date bound to have some interesting news come out of it, but I wouldn't expect anything final. Only way we get something with a lot of answers is if the banks have gotten the bond holders on their side. And if banks get bond holders to agree that almost should go to DFA then we'll have months and months and months of waiting for the DOJ to decide on the anti-trust issue.

Next court date is dec.20th.that's when they get approval to send out rubber d—os to all the employees.size is based on years with the company.
