Were any of those who were unfortunately, rif'd asked to "contract"/"on-call" with the company for their assistance?

We haven't been paid yet as of now by company it's already been 2 weeks and company doesn't reply back to the emails as well
ok. so there isn't a second warn notice posted? the one people keep referencing is for the RIF that just happened? i don't know how this process works so just want to make sure i'm clear. appreciate you all.
The company isn't negligent because it is paying the affected employees 60 days post notice. Where they would have run into trouble would be if they did a rif without proper WARN notice and then didn't pay the notice period.
RE: WARN Notice. It appears to be one and same(?). The number of EE match the number of the WARN notice.. Just the "effective" date does not match the actual RIF's which occurred the following day after filing the notice... Company is supposed to provide notice 60 days prior to actual occurrence(?).... The WARN notice should have been filed September 14 to notify EE of the 11/13 RIF's??...

Interesting to me that the notice was filed 11/12, the day before the layoffs on 11/13. Makes me wonder if they were negligent in filing 60 days in advance as required, or if this refers to a separate event in the future?
The WARN notice effective date is 01/13/2020.

The Warn notice for 01/13/2020 rif's (80) in sd has been posted on 11/12/2019.
Does anyone really care anymore? This is exhausting. Put me out of my misery and please lay me off.
Likely the day the layoffs occurred. 2 months after that I bet layoffs will occur. So January 14th or after.
When was the last WARN issued?
Another big one likely at the end of January or sometime in February when the WARN Act allows such a thing again.
Hearing unity has another round in dec and app-c to be effected mostly , when will be the pmo who do butt kissing will let go..
