Hi guys, I'm currently interviewing for technology positions and wanted to see if anyone could post information around pay grades. What is the pay grade and pay range for a Senior IT manager type position? Thank you.

Companies have access to your current salary information
Whomever posted about company not demanding W2/last pay stub proof of salary claim is an id–t, and worse has never looked for a job in the last 40 years.
$15/hour maybe.
They will not ask you for a W-2...that is a lie. No large company, including Shell, would ever do that.
Lie about how much you make and you won't get hired. They verify EVERYTHING. And yes they will ask you for a copy or your last year's W2. If you can't or won't provide it? Offer will be rescinded.
The dumbest thing? if you openly discuss your expectations with a recruiter there, they'll be straightforward with what it pays. No one is out to lowball you.
So you are interviewing, but come to a site where people b–ch about getting laid off for information.
