Does anyone know why Citizen pulled watches from the Sears stores?

You mean the 50 Sears stores left? Give me a break.

Probably the same reason Adam Levine pulled anything with his name on it from the Kmart stores. Incidentally, they were starting to get a whole selection of clothes that were completely identical to the AL stuff with the exception of the branding. Seems they were paying for literally just his name on the tags.

Just looked at Sears.com and they are still being offered for sale there.

I would suggest that you ask the main Sears account on Twitter in a public manner. After they give you a squirrely reply thanking you for your feedback and say that they will pass it on to the proper people, you should post that here.

Most likely a vendor debt that has not been resolved and Citizen recovered their inventory. This is a common problem with companies that are rapidly closing stores. The K-Mart cheerleader will probably tell you that the product line will probably be moved to S.S. Kresge's 5&10 bargain hut and toilet paper discount center, which would be inaccurate and on the extreme side of too much house brand drink mix ingestion.

Would YOU want to be associated with this company if you didn’t need to be?

They probably wanted their merchandise since they didn’t get paid. Wonder if I can take merchandise for the money they owe me.....

Scamming the charity and getting away with it can be done by leaving the debt with old sears in bankruptcy court. Transform gets off that way.

Wouldn't scamming St Jude be a type of fraud. And why hasn't that been investigated

Past due invoices? Hell they scammed st Jude... do you think they would actually pay out to citizen?

I think vendors also have some options to recover merchandise before a liquidation starts. Maybe your store is getting liquidated next?
