I've now heard from two different sources there might be more IT layoffs in January. That's enough to really have me worried. Does anubody know more about it?

No layoff for me; accepted a position with a competitor in which I'm reducing my commute time and negotiated a salary and vacation time that I'm extremely happy with.
Now I just have to sit here and wait for "her" to make an appearance sometime today so I can give my two week notice and start anew on January 6th.

Oh yeah it’s coming. These teams were gutted in the RIF so it makes sense by SS&C to cut more from these teams.
