If you dont eat dinner with your bosses faimly on Friday night you will never go anywhere in this company. Its bad when your foreman is asking for advice because he has no knowledge. I have been in the industry for years and have consulted for major palyers in the industry. But I dont drink beer with the boss so im not a favorite. Hydro and Wearherford seem to be the favorites.

I have 32 years experience in oil hauling I came to this company 3 years ago and never seen a miss managed like this one dispatch is so messed up an no management is held accountable for anything it’s always the driver that takes in the butt it’s like the cartoon where you have all the managers looking down at a guy in a hole at a guy digging a hole and the manager says to bad we got to let him go due to cut backs and he is the only labor they have ae you can’t haul oil without drivers
