Union blocked it , because they wanted to replace anyone who left !!! Why ???? To keep those dues coming in .. be real Union !!!

Just to be clear the unions did not & would not ever block anyone from taking the buyout. In fact, the union held several meetings telling its members that it was not a bad deal getting 3 weeks for every year since most buyouts typically are 2 weeks for every year. Enough already with this. The only other place where I hear more false stories is on Fox News.
The new message that mngmt is pushing is " what have they done for you" Mean while its the company that wont budge on even basic job security issues.
Did they offer the package to the union guys . Or is union still blocking it...??
