Do you predict that there will be Walgreens Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

I'm a floater pharmacist and I got cut despite having high metrics. Apparently it was all seniority based and not at all performance based. They cut me and a really efficient staff pharmacist at a high volume store at the same time and the techs were really unhappy.
does anyone know how many pharmacists are being laid off this time?
I know a quite some pharmacists being laid off just in my district and i'm one of them unfortunately. My DM gave me the reason as mainly because I was 1yr since hire.
Here it comes. 1st round today and many more to come. I predict 20% of all with new hires and veterans with 20+ years to be the hardest hit.
IT slaughter this week. Some departments wiped out, others losing just a few. All this to shift work to Tata for their $1.5 billion deal. Several accounting and finance groups also laid off as functions shift offshore.
Nothing happened today so that is a plus.
Big announcement coming on January 17 on IT layoffs. Could be up to 900 cuts.
Guaranteed there will be IT cuts.
