What of the Altice fiber network?
Major layoffs this week. All supervisors laid off effective Friday. Layoffs continuing until the end of the week. Attempting to get rid of overhead by laying off non union workers so their stocks go up. Then they can sell to Spectrum at a higher price.
Dexter is still running the show people. But he is not the owner Patrick Drahi is the owner and still calling the shots. I don’t mean to sound insensitive about this. Losing your job is a big dill! But this is how the they work.
They layed off a bunch of employees on April 14th with employees work ending on the 17th of April.
the workforce will see major reduction come June 2020.

The Cablevision Systems Corp has been dead since Altice USA took over. The 2020 expiration contract agreement with the State of New Jersey and New York (was expired earlier) will allow Altice to layoff the entire Call Center staff in Newark, New Jersey and Jericho, NY which will happen. Altice had already outsourced to call center operations to Alorica and Advensus (in DR) since after the they took over.
