Do you think there may be small/medium/large Eli Lilly Layoffs 2020? Any news or rumors?

135 marketing employees were reallocated September 2020, all decisions were based on tenure not performance. The same day Lilly sent out offer letters to summer 2020 interns for 2021 LMA new hire class. Maybe they should focus on their current LMA graduates that they just reallocated and place them in jobs before bringing in more new hires?
There already have been. But they call it a reallocation. They let 70 people go including my wife this spring.
