Definitely not a good place to work anymore. As the previous poster stated, layoffs are a regular thing there now (salaried). In the last 2 or so years, they outsourced the majority of the IT department with contractors from India. If you are considering them for a full-time, salaried career that you can count on, I would recommend looking elsewhere. If you just want a job and aren't that concerned about stability, flip a coin and jump in.

At ADM one can expect salaried layoffs about every (2) years (2012, 2015, 2017, 2019)
