Sun life is cutting jobs now...in the pandemic and just before Christmas!
its coming! when head counts are done at any employer - it directly affects SLF - we dont really have a business - we live off employees at other companies...and relentless hiring over the past couple of years - bringing on mediocre people - in the name of digital transformation - the board will sunset the leaders and bring in someone to enforce fiscal discipline
Stay away from the CX and Marketing area as management has either been laying off great employees or good employees are leaving given the bad culture. It is bulldog management...management thinks they know it all and are not respectful of employees opinions. They are doing a lot of hiring as so many people have left the company due to the bad management. Management does not treat employees with respect and they believe they know it all. There are many long team employees with a ton of knowledge that have left to better company's because of the new management in the area. My advice..stay away.
