Geoshifting of SOC team begins January 2, 2020....all SOC team will be moved to India.
No layoffs are anticipated.
One change will be implemented: historically the company took excessive time (on the managers and HR sides) to dismiss low performers, mainly to play it safe. Now the process will be expedited (maintaining any legal timeline requirements).
