Please write and anonymize details. The problem with speak up is nothing happens to the perpetrators. They'll investigate and then the cover up begins. They claim no retaliation, but people figure out who the person is, then projects are slowly taken away until they force them out. How is that not retaliation? Departments and managers do everything to avoid HR.
Also managers protect people even if they are acting in ethically dubious ways like having affairs or sleeping with their bosses. Sickening really.
Wish I was brave enough to write what I have experienced in Danaher/Envista.
Degrading behavior, threats, beeing forced to work for free.

Fully agree. Maximum profit rules the company. The speak up mentality is not existing - even if they claim it. Shut your mouth and follow the DBS...
Sciex 2% of the workforce. They keep it hush hush as usual like every year. Rot is deep but danaher managenent is blind to what goes on at some departments. Lots of things swept under the rug, illegal or borderline illegal.
