It will be an epic hit on a few BUs, starting the week of Jan 20.
They now pulled Dell architects into PSO as well and made them Staff Architects. Senior Consultants need to even mentor them. Kick in the teeth.

I know a couple people that were let go w/out warning - they claimed administrative issues.
Feb will see a 3% cut across all of VMware
Stocks are down
Seeing as all these acquisitions are being integrated I imagine a good deal will happen.
