Keep an eye on your 401k

Just putting this out there because I know a lot of people just looked at the dollar amount they were getting in severance and didn’t actually read the entire document provided to us. According to it, as long as we fulfill our employment through our assigned last day worked we will be 100% vested in employer contributions even if you have less than the required 3 years. Just something to keep an eye on for the people who may not have read the fine print!

Nah, with nestle you have to be there 3 years to be vested in the portion they contributed. But with this, you get to keep their portion as long as you stayed until your last day regardless of how long you were employed with them.

last two weeks worked pay check was right and 401 k plan can only change with market

i tried to get into my 401 site today voya said wrong id or password might have to call to get back in so u can at least access the site the voya site was nestle specific we might be in another section now thats why im rolling mine over to and ira dont want nestle managing any of my money now
