I heard more layoff will be happening in US and Canada. Is it true?
I'm a CL3 that got an offer I couldn't refuse a few weeks ago. We were told 20% is the "minimum target" and they "had a ways to go". Don't know if the semi-voluntary ones like mine included in that number. Blood letting definitely not done yet. Julie is on a tear.
20% on top of what's already happened, or in addition to? How reliable is this figure, or just a guess? I've heard absolutely nothing relating to an actual number.
July and August 2020 brutal.... 20% being let go, across all levels globally. Analysts to MDs. They have also capped portion of severance payments that were based on years of service compared to previous years.
