Strange... I went from hourly relief to a sales route 3 years ago and my pay increased $15k that year. Interesting how previous poster dropped $25k doing the same thing.

Scams like VROT started because companies started planting the seeds of anti union sentiment years ago, to get the workers on their side to say they didn't need a union. As more and more workers agreed and more states became right to work states they've been able to chip away more and more every year. And this is in every industry, not just Nestle. When i went from hourly relief to a route i lost 25k in a year working more hours. I almost lost my home.
Bottom line is, these large mega conglomerates aren't on your side. They've made great efforts to convince the American workers they don't need labor unions then whack wages and benefits while reaping huge tax cuts from the elected officials they've paid for. And we all let this happen.

I don’t think people are looking for a hand out. Many of the hard working people got the shaft while the kiss a– lazy ones got a hand up. You don’t need luck for a class action in California, just filling will get you money.

Now everyone wants to take "action". You and others are looking for a handout, plain and simple. If you signed and returned your severance package, good luck with that lawsuit.
