- it brings me joy to walk into these stores and see them empty! Truly shows me we DID make a DIFFERENCE and Nestle sadly had no clue.

At the beginning of the transition the shelves didn’t look great but I’ve noticed improvement in recent time. Even if sales take a hit, nestle will be saving a lot by eliminating their dsd system.
First of all ,I thought I had the laziest sales rep, which would be in the Central Valley and yes those RSR will not be filling shelfs. They barley show up do do surveys lol.
where are all those unqualified newly hired RSR going out to fill the shelves
I live in the city that our laziest rep serviced. Gotta be honest, the stores have never looked better. Hahahaha
Gotta pump those numbers up man, those are rookie numbers!
Just move on, man. Your no longer with the company physically, but you are mentally trapped. You still care about company performance. Just move on, man.
