Clearly you don't know anything about running a business, you don't combine everything into 1 business name.

That's the thing once you're in and have contract you're good until then in the sh–ter plain and simple.
It's called a contract for a reason you give a little to get some, just like with carriage agreements.
CWA aint getting jack. Company wont budge and and they made it clear. If CWA was hinest theyd come back to us and tell us they cant get what we all want. But CWA doesnt tell us jack they just want our money plain and simple
When I worked IT for a company, the owner had 3 sperate companies under 1 parent company. One of the companies strictly did International Sales, Other Domestic and final the refurbish company. He would refurbish under the 1 and depending on where the customer was located who wanted to buy it, he sold to either company then that company resold it it the customer.
He would even charge each of the businesses rent to use the building.
This is called smart business partices but all you want to yell is Union!
Its smart business decision that they are doing as if all 1 company and goes bankrupt and can sell one with others being effected.
Hopefully they don't take the envelope like they are in Jersey.
What the company did by creating different companies isn't uncommon.
