Do you think Ralph can turn the ship around? Do you guys think the company is headed for bankruptcy? I thought we were pretty profitable still but surprised to see where the stock is...
I like Ralph so far. The stock price has nothing to do with him, I am not sure if he can turn it around but will give it a chance
how has everyone's experience been with him so far? do you guys believe he can turn this ship around? Feels like we're going out of business with the stock price here...
Hey Ralph is not even in yet do not blame him for us not getting a bonus he had nothing to with that decision. Lets at least give him a chance and hope that he is better than the last CEO and does make changes to those that are also making poor decisions that are impacting our business in upper management. Give the guy a chance let's see what direction he takes us in.
Thanks Ralph! Hope your pockets are enjoying our Xmas bonus!
Working with Ralph has been an absolute pleasure. I am certain that everyone will love him. He is engaging with all employees, focused, and driven.
Regarding offshoring and outsourcing, he believes in it but it's not usually his first solution. He is one who believes in customer protection but again, money moves people. If ADS was already in a position to be sold off or broken up and "sold for parts" he may still go down the path depending on what groundwork exists already. He does care about employees.
Person who said he is coming from your company I have a quick question which I am certain is weighing heavily on all employees at every office at Alliance Data. Is he heavy on outsourcing and offshoring? Does he think it is okay to send jobs and peoples sensitive data offshore?
Does he care about the employees or is he just a person that see us as nothings?
As he's coming from our company, I'll say good luck with him. He's a talker and likes to be the center of attention. While he has a lot of experience, it's a significant shift up from where he sits now to where ADS is putting him....not sure he's the right man. Guess money will make anyone walk.
If he is interested in prepping the company to be sold he will not continue on the destructive path it is currently on. Offshoring customers personal data and expecting them to speak with an offshore associate is not going to bring up the company, It would need to be rebuilt from the errors already being made and not have long waiting times to speak with people upgrade the systems so that we can have the tools we need to work smarter and quicker without severe lag times.
If you are going to prep a company to sell you want the top price and it needs to be in good shape with a positive outlook that investors can recoup their investment.
Hopefully it going to be sold but if it continues down the current path it will have to be sold at low dollar or end up in bankruptcy. Too many competitors out there not to give a darn about the customers. I do not currently have one of our cards and will not due to what I see and hear. I want good caring service no long wait times and will not allow my data to be shipped oversees.
Also interested in above questions about his experience and specially prepping company to be sold? Just curious. Based on stock price seems a viable option. Am I the only one thinking that way?
Does anyone know what we can expect with him? Is he company orientated and friendly to the employees or is he a person like the last who does not care and will continue down the destructive path?
